Terms and conditions
Check in / out times
Check in time is from 1.00pm and check out time is 10.30am. Please note, as a small establishment, we do not employ the services of a night porter, therefore, our latest check-in time must be 10.00pm. Once checked in guests may come and go as the please, using an electronic door code entry system.
Cancellation / modification policy
Cancellations / modifications can be made without charge, provided we receive a minimum of 4 days notice prior to the day of expected arrival. For notice within less than 4 days, we will endeavour to re-let the room/s, but if we are unsuccessful you will be liable for the cost of the first night of cancelled / modified accommodation.
Reservation
To make a reservation, please either telephone/fax or e-mail us with details of your credit/debit card number, expiry date, security number (3-digit code on signature strip), house number and postcode to where the card is registered. We would be pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch (issue number required), Maestro, Visa Delta, Solo and Electron. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Diners Club cards.
